FOR ESTABLISHED PRACTICES AND PREMIUM LOCAL BUSINESSES

Your business is better than your website is showing.

DGTL rebuilds positioning, messaging, and web presence for established practices and premium local businesses, so the clients you actually want find you first.

Medical & dental · Law · Real estate · Hospitality · Wellness · Creative services

No pitch attached. Replies within two business days.

Stop being the best-kept secret in your market.

01 / SIGNAL

Every referral checks your website before they call.

The recommendation happens in person. The decision happens online, between the moment someone hears your name and the call that never comes, on a site that hasn't changed since it was built.

DGTL rebuilds that moment: positioning, messaging, and a website designed to hold the trust your work already earns.

02 / WORK

Judge the work, not the pitch.

Connected ventures, production partnerships, and concept builds, labeled honestly, built with the same strategy-through-launch process every client engagement gets.

Elmhurst Grove Dental

Concept build
Concept · Dental & Medical
Problem —
The scenario most dental and medical practices start from: strong word-of-mouth, a multilingual patient base, and no website doing any of that work when a referral looks them up.
DGTL’s role —
Built as a self-directed concept, not a client engagement: brand identity, positioning, a conversion-first page structure, local SEO architecture, and a multilingual trust system for an Elmhurst practice.
Outcome —
An interactive, mobile-first prototype that shows exactly what a DGTL medical or dental engagement produces, down to the emergency path, insurance handling, and lead capture.

Problem —
A street-level photography archive needed a system for preserving New York stories and turning the catalog into useful, sellable objects.
DGTL’s role —
Designed and built the e-commerce, living archive, and block-by-block accession system, strategy through launch.
Outcome —
Live in production: archive, shop, and accession system fully operational.

Problem —
Brand systems sometimes need original photography, film, and documentary storytelling to feel complete rather than assembled.
DGTL’s role —
Developed the studio identity and a production partnership that extends DGTL engagements into cinematic content and visual worldbuilding.
Outcome —
An independent production studio that supports DGTL's WORLD engagements without being presented as outside client work.

03 / SYSTEM

Brand. Website. Content. Growth.

Four layers. One connected system. No isolated deliverables.

01

Strategy

Market, audience, offer, positioning, all decided before anything gets designed.

02

Messaging

The words people repeat when they recommend you, on the page, in the pitch, everywhere.

03

Digital Presence

A custom-built site engineered for trust and inquiries, not a template with your logo dropped in.

04

Growth Support

Content, measurement, and iteration after launch, so the system improves instead of aging.

04 / METHOD

01

Discover

A working session on your business, your clients, and where inquiries leak.

04

Deploy

06 / QUESTIONS

Asked before every engagement.

Why not a cheap template or a Fiverr build?
A template solves “having a website.” It doesn't decide your positioning, write your messaging, or structure the page to turn a referral into an inquiry, which are the parts that make a site produce clients. Every DGTL tier starts with that work. And you deal directly with the person building it, not a queue.
We already have a website.
So does everyone you compete with. The question is what happens tonight when someone hears your name and looks you up. If the honest answer is “nothing good,” that's exactly what the Foundation engagement rebuilds.
How do I know this pays for itself?
Run it against your own numbers: Foundation costs $2,500–$4,500. Put that next to what one new client is worth to you over a year, and how many referrals currently look you up without calling. Growth and Flagship also include analytics and conversion tracking, so after launch you see the inquiries and where they came from.
You use AI in your process. Will the work feel generic?
AI accelerates production: mockups, iterations, code. Positioning, taste, and every decision stay with the person you talk to. This site and everything in the Work section were built through that same pipeline. Judge the output directly.
What if I can't answer the strategy questions?
Most owners can't at the start. That's what the discovery workshop is for. You know your business better than anyone; the workshop's job is to turn what you know into positioning and words you can use everywhere.
How long does it take?
Foundation runs 2–3 weeks, Growth 4–6, Flagship 8–12 or more depending on production. The discovery workshop happens in week one, so you'll be working, not waiting on a proposal.

07 / PRODUCTION

Give the system a visual language.

For brands that need cinematic storytelling, premium visuals, and emotional depth, DGTL partners with Aperture NY, an independent production studio, for production support.

08 / PROOF

No borrowed trust. Just the work.

DGTL is a new studio. Rather than dress that up with quotes from clients who don't exist, here's what's actually true and checkable right now.

Live, shipped work

Borough Archives is live in production. Visit the archive and judge the strategy, commerce, and craft directly.

A defined process

Every engagement runs through the same Discover → Define → Design → Deploy method outlined above, so you know what to expect before you commit.

Building in the open

We're taking on our first client engagements now. As projects wrap and clients agree to be named, their results will replace this section.

09 / FIT

For businesses ready to stop looking smaller than they are.

Medical & dentalLaw firmsReal estateHospitalityWellnessCreative servicesPremium local businesses

Not a fit: template shopping, logo-only projects, or price-first decisions. Every DGTL engagement starts with strategy, or it doesn't start.

The next version of your brand is already there.

Tell us where the business is headed. Within two business days you'll get our read on your current presence and a proposed way in. No call required until you want one.
